- (1) General Fitness - weight loss, body shaping and mass gain. - (2) Injury Management - fitness training that works with conditions and injuries of the back and neck, knees, shoulders and ankles (these are the most common).
- (3) Sports Training - power sports and endurance sports.
We offer kettlebell training, core training (including basic and advanced stability ball and TRX Suspension System training), weight training for strength, weight training for power, speed training, and quickness and agility training in both group and individual formats.
