ROAD RASH !! is back with a vengence!!

Calling all cyclists, duathletes, triathletes and those who just want a change in pace.
Here are the rules:
(1) YOU bring in your road or mountain bike
(2) Bring your Kurt Power Computer (available at Pioneer Cycle for $70 plus tax)( a $10 'Pros' discount)
(3) We provide the Kurt Kinetic Trainer
(4) We provide the workout, the entertainment, the music and the FUN!!!
SIMPLE AS THAT!!
We will be offering MORE DAYS . . . MORE TIMES . . . and MORE SWEAT
The following will be our new standard schedule running from JAN to MAR 2012:
MON 6:30 to 8:00pm BASE+ Trx
TUE 6:30 to 8:00pm SPEED
WED 6:30 to 8:00pm BASE+ Trx
THU 6:30 to 8:00pm POWER
SAT 8:00 to 9:30am BIKER BOOTCAMP
These are the highlights for each program:
BASE+ This program was specifically formulated for the following reasons. (1) For those of you following a periodized schedule of training (2) For those of you who need to focus on weight loss and (3) For those of you not ready or that have no want to be in the Indianapolis 500. This program will feature a more laid back style of cycling focusing on continuous pace with shorter, intermittent interval sprints. Entertainment will be provided and, 'yes', you will forget about what your doing.
SPEED Our SPEED programming is based on cadence. Higher RPM's combined with average and lowered resistance in an interval format will challenge your HEART and LUNGS. We would like to find and fix problems with gait and improve your VO2MAX . . . SUBSTANTIALLY. It our intent to gas everyone from the time we say 'GO' . . . to the time we say 'STOP'. With that said - ALL CYCLISTS ARE WELCOME - I will make sure you don't die or feel threatened.
POWER Leg POWER output is the key for this programming. During the 'speed' section, you found you couldn't breathe. During the POWER section, we intend to make your legs 'give out'. This section is about 'load' and 'resistance'. SUBSTANTIAL RESISTANCE. This section is all about 'climbing' and 'power'. With that said - ALL CYCLISTS ARE WELCOME - I will make sure you don't die or feel threatened.
BIKER BOOTCAMP And finally . . . This is going to be our trademark program. Better than anything you have experienced yet. BIKER BOOTCAMP takes you to the extreme of actual 'bootcamp' coupled with interval cycles on your bike. If you use the word 'horrific' to describe your bike to run transition, BIKER BOOTCAMP is the cure. This will bring new meaning to the words 'concurrent training'. BIKER BOOTCAMP is guaranteed to make your heart pound, your lungs burn and your muscles shake. THIS IS GOING TO BE FREAKING AWESOME!

FIRST - $129 gets you a punch card of 8 sessions for 2012.
SECOND - $349 gets you an UNLIMITED PASS for JAN, FEB and MAR 2012.
