Group FIT
Group FIT is here and ready for the Fall/Winter season. We feature Group training programs for KettleBell, BootCamp and Abs and Buns just to name a few. Each small group is focused on learning new skills, getting more physically fit and having fun. There is no gym initiation fee. There is no gym membership fee.

We welcome first timers for an initial FREE trial session.

NEW UPDATE:
Fitness Pros is moving to a new punchcard system for all Group FIT activity. Two Punchcards are available: Specific Session and Multi-Pass.

Specific Session Punchcard: Good for specific sessions such as Monday Night Core Conditioning. Cost is $99 for an 8 session card. Cards expire every 6 months.

Multi-Pass Punchard: Good for ANY session of Group FIT Programming. Can be used interchangeably ANY Group FIT session which allows clients to jump around if needed. Cost is $129 for an 8 session card. Cards expire every 6 months.

Also, buy 3 or more Specific Session Punchcards and have them automatically upgraded to Multi-Pass Punchards at no additional charge (a $90 dollar value).

Circuit, KettleBell, BootCamp, Core, Nutrition, MMA/KickBox, Adult Run, Bike and Swim Programs and Butts and Guts.

Group FIT 'CORE CONDITIONING' is lead by Trainer HEATHER and blends all forms of core technique with a flare for training and conditioning. Emphasis is butt, back and abs of steel.

Group FIT
'BUTTS and GUTS'
is a killer squat and ab group session. Seriously, this one is unbelievable. Lead by Trainer KYLE, this is our longest running, most successful group session. Contact us for more information.

Saturday Morning 8:00am BIKER BOOT CAMP has been expanded and formats retooled to be even more challenging. We have noe introduced cycling as a new exercise for BootCamp. Bring your bike (indoor cycling) or we will provide one for you. New sections are starting shortly. The emphasis of this class is push-ups, pull-ups, situps, plyometrics and advanced fitness. See if you can keep up with Trainer Jon!

Group FIT 'WARRIOR CONDITIONING' takes place Thursday's at 5:00pm. Lead by Trainer Jon, 'Heart of the Warrior' takes you through a grueling, no holds barred, unorthodox, kickbox based small group training session just like the MMA Pros. Please contact us for more details. Yes, you do get to hit and kick things. Space is limited. Please inquire for more details.

Group FIT KETTLEBELL is lead by Trainer Jon. The focus of this class is advanced fitness and advanced moves. I have had this comment over and over again from clients who have taken kettlebell in the past and this is what they say, "I have done kettlebell before with another instructor, BUT NOT LIKE THIS!" See if you can keep up with Trainer Jon!

Group FIT NUTRITION is presently a FREE workshop that takes place twice a month. It focus on education, motivation, inspiration and results. It has been added to help clients conquer there fitness goals. Please call or email for more details on class dates. Typically the class is held somewhere around the 15th of the month and at the end of the month on Saturday mornings.
