We typically work with a broad range of clients ranging in age from 10 years old on up to 80.
Different people have different goals and different needs.
The client that I can think of that needed the most individual care was someone who was over 300 pounds, in their early 40's with bilateral knee and hip replacements. Their goal was to lose weight.
Most youth training is about sports performance and physical fitness.
Male adult clients for the most part don't usually care what the scale says - they want to lean up by losing fat and gaining muscle.
Most adult female clients would like to tone up and 'shrink,' at least to some extent. |
